Glenview, Illinois: Flu Shot just for $5. Mission Green Light is pleased to subsidize the cost of flu shots for 30 uninsured seniors. Mission Green Light has allocated $450 for this service. The immunization will be provided at Dominick's, 1340 Patriot Blvd, Glenview, IL 60025. The service will be provided on first come first served basis from December 15, 2011. Please make an appointment with the pharmacist.
